Why is science communication important to you personally?
I want science communication to be the bridge between my research on maternal-child environmental health and the communities who need it most. In 5-10 years, I envision using storytelling to make environmental epidemiology accessible, helping expecting parents understand air quality risks, policymakers grasp health disparities, and communities demand cleaner environments. Good science shouldn't stay in journals; it should spark conversations and drive change.
