Is your stomach grumbling?
This is Sandra Tsing Loh with the Loh Down on Science saying… Watch the clock!
Daily routines change as you age, including WHEN you eat breakfast and dinner! What might this timing say about your health?
Enter Hassan Dashti and team from Harvard Medical School. They investigated meal time data from nearly three thousand older adults over two decades!
Results? The authors highlighted the role of health conditions in pushing meal times later. They also found that folks that ate later had a slightly lower 10-year survival rate.
Altogether, this means later meals could be a marker for health issues and even decreased lifespan!
So don’t miss the early bird special! It’s for your health! Creamed corn optional.
