Hive writer Racine Rangel was recently awarded a Ford Foundation Predoctoral Fellowship! This will provide her with three years of funding to further her marine science research in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. This fellowship seeks to ultimately increase overall diversity among faculty members throughout our nation’s universities by supporting ethnic and racially diverse doctoral students who will be able to use diversity as a resource for enriching education to all future students.
