Predicting Biomolecular Interactions

Can AI predict what goes on INSIDE our bodies?

This is Sandra Tsing Loh with the Loh Down on Science saying…

GOOGLE IT. The tech giant’s AI division – DeepMind – has developed an algorithm to model our bodies’ internal molecules… It’s called AlphaFold, and it’s a Nobel Prize winner.

Its most recent update is startling.

Before, it could already predict the shape of a protein. A protein’s SHAPE determines its FUNCTION!

Now, AlphaFold’s latest version has gotten over a major hurdle! It can forecast how those proteins will interact with pieces of their environment.

So take a bow Josh Abramson and the DeepMind team. They’re the developers of AlphaFold Three. This biological predictive tool could design better medicines!

A preview of MY protein production? This I gotta see!
