No sunny, no honey, know what I mean?
This is Sandra Tsing Loh with the Loh Down on Science.
Sunscreen has been around for over a century. And guess what: it does more than prevent sunburns! So why don’t men use it enough?
Enter Patrícia Maia Campos and team from University of São Paulo in Brazil. They surveyed sixty young men about their skincare habits. Then, they zoomed in on their skin to check hydration, oil, and structure.
Results? Only forty percent said they use sunscreen regularly, and guys who skipped sunscreen had drier and oilier skin! Plus, their skin showed early signs of damage that can lead to appearing aged sooner.
Trust me lizard boy, if you want the mature look, just use “Touch of Grey.”
